Connect your ITSM and Ticketing
Change tickets and incident records are the paper trail auditors ask for. TruSecure's ITSM connector pulls changes, incidents and remediation threads directly, so 'we follow our change process' is evidenced by the tickets themselves.
What the connector pulls
| Source system | What TruSecure pulls | Feeds governance |
|---|---|---|
| Change requests | Normal, standard, emergency changes, approvals | Audit Trail · ISO change-management evidence |
| Incident tickets | Priority, assignment, resolution, timelines | Incident and Resilience Workflows · NIS2 Art. 23 alignment |
| Problem records | Root causes, recurring-issue linkage | Risk Management · systemic-risk entries |
| Remediation tasks | Owners, due dates, completion state | Evidence Automation · action-tracking controls |
Evidence produced from ITSM and Ticketing data
One control test pulled from live ITSM and Ticketing state — not a manual export, not a screenshot, but a verified query result with provenance:
- Control tested
- Emergency changes retrospectively approved within 5 days
- ITSM source
- ServiceNow · instance: contoso
- Test
- re-perform · emergency-change records vs approval dates
- Sample
- 7 emergency changes YTD · 7 approved, 2 beyond 5-day window
- Result
- pass with exceptions · 2 late retrospectives, both documented
- Evidence
- ServiceNow API query · timestamped 2026-08-22T10:02:44Z
- Export
- sealed · sha256:c5d1...3f9b
Setup and scope model
- Read-only, scoped permission
Connector requires read-only access to change, incident, and problem records. No write permissions, no ability to create, edit, or close tickets.
- Data filtered by entity
Records scoped by service or CI ownership mapped to your entity context — one group, several ITSM instances, still one governance record per entity.
- Continuous sync
Ticket state refreshes continuously; control tests cite ticket IDs that still resolve when the auditor clicks them.
Commercial packaging
ITSM and Ticketing connectors are part of the paid TruSecure Fabric subscription. The connector itself, the continuous sync, the evidence provenance tracking, and the mapping to NIS2, DORA, ISO 27001, SOC 2 and other frameworks are all included — no per-connector fees, no usage tiers. Pricing is scoped in the conversation, not a price list.
How integration works
A demo with your actual ITSM and Ticketing environment shown in preview mode — your data pulling into governance, feeding controls and evidence. Then a Resilience Sprint that configures the connector for production, scopes the entity context, and validates the first evidence pull. No self-serve checkout, no per-connector pricing.
